Judkins can assist you in obtaining probate which is required before an estate can be distributed. We charge on an hourly basis or on a fixed fee based upon the value of the estate. We can agree to wait for payment out of the estate.
If there is a dispute regarding a Will or the financial provision that a deceased has made in their Will then Court proceedings may need to be issued. We may agree to undertake this work on a conditional fee basis (no win/no fee) which means no fees would be payable unless we were successful in winning your claim.
Judkins do not pay referral fees to claim management companies so you do not pay any hidden (charges) to third parties out of the compensation you win.
